Summer poem

Remember that time
you saw the birds flying across the sky
or people making big splashes in the pool
and the bright shiny sun gliding though the sky.
That was summer.

Remember that time
you felt the hot burning sand over your toes
or the hot sun melting down like an ice cream
and the salty water splash in your face.
That was summer.

Remember that time
you heard the birds whistling in the tree
or people having fun by the sea and crashing into big waves
and waves bowling people down the sea.
That was summer.

Remember that time
you smelt the salty sea mixed with salt and water
or you smell the food in the air when people cook their BBQ
or the smelly fish skeletons on the beach.
That was summer.

Remember that time
you tasted the salty sea on your tounge
the yummy ice cream melting down your chin by the very hot sun
or the lovey muscles when it is cooked.
That was summer.

A Moment in Time-Tabloids

I saw lots of parents helping kids by walking beside them.

I heard lot of kids stamping like elephants.

I felt that it was hard to do kick the ball into the hard thing.

I wondered if my bean bag would land on the dot.
